The Sustainable Homes (TSH) managed by Fam Living, is a collection of 51 short-stay, studio-apartments located within The Sustainable City, Dubai. The smart holiday homes allow visitors, residents and international tourists to experience sustainable living and enjoy Dubai with a significantly reduced carbon footprint.

Residents of TSH have access to two courtyards, a recreational rooftop with space for yoga and other fitness activities.  Also, within the wider community there are F&B outlets, a co-working space, children’s playgrounds, an animal sanctuary and sports facilities including an equestrian club – all of which are within walking distance or can be reached using the rental bike service.
